Meet the Owner

I’m Alaina and I love to make things :)

I grew up loving to craft and draw and make pretty things. I’m a certified teacher and have worked with children for as long as I can remember. My career has involved working as a teacher in public schools, preschools, and camps, and have also worked as a professional learning designer in social impact companies. My heart comes alive when creating joyful learning experiences and bringing people together.

My vision with Scirbbles is to create a space in Fort Collins where creative kids and their families can explore their innate artistry, meet together and find community, and create cool and weird things! The world needs more art, more joy, more kids being kids, and more real-life spaces. I hope to build Scribbles to become exactly that: a joyful place where both you and your little ones love to be, love to create, and love to build community.
